I’m currently 16 months post-op from a 3000 graft FUE hair transplant and wanted to get some honest opinions on my results.

I’m a bit on the fence about whether this would be considered a “good” outcome or not. Density looks okay in some lighting, but in others it still feels a bit thin, especially on the crown and towards the middle of my head. I have noticed also the hair loss did keep on spreading.

Current hair loss regimen:

Topical dutasteride 0.05% + minoxidil 5% Gel (every other day)
Topical minoxidil 5% (every morning)
Microneedling (1x/week at 1mm)
Recently added topical GHK-Cu serum (about a month ago)

Would really appreciate any feedback — especially from people who’ve had similar graft counts or timelines.
