What response rate should I expect from cleaning flyers in Toorak (Melbourne)?

Hey everyone,
I’ve just started a small cleaning business in Melbourne and I’ve printed 4,000 flyers (2,000 of each design) that I’m planning to distribute door-to-door.
I’ve specifically targeted Toorak and a few nearby high-income suburbs, mainly focusing on houses rather than apartments.
I wanted to get some real-world feedback from people who have experience with this:
What kind of response rate / conversion rate should I realistically expect in suburbs like this?
Also, I have a question about something I’m unsure of:
I actually respect the “No Junk Mail” signs and avoid those houses, but I’m wondering — for those of you who do this regularly —
do people actually follow this rule strictly in practice, and is it significantly more profitable to ignore it?
Not saying I will, just trying to understand how strict people are and what works in reality vs theory.
Any insights on:
expected conversion rates in wealthy suburbs
flyer effectiveness in general
or what actually works in Melbourne for cleaning services
would be really appreciated.
Thanks!
