I’m a m18 270(last checked 9 months ago) 5’10. I’m tired of being this big and nobody is putting in the extra effort I need for support from my family. I need help with meal prepping and workouts I can do without a gym membership please give any advice or meal plans anything that’s not crazy expensive and I could hopefully make without spending much money. I don’t have a car, and I don’t have a job. My parents haven’t let me get a car until now and I’ve applied at 84 different places. Please help. I’m also addicted to caffeine and soda(I think it’s the carbonation not the sugar) so any tips for that would be helpful too.
