After my first J1 visa stamp, I took an advisory opinion in 2021 that concluded that I am not subject to 212E requirement. When I got my visa stamped again in 2022, it had the standard printing that said that I am subject (same as the previous stamp). Nothing has changed in terms of the program that I am in. Should I seek another advisory opinion, or can I use the first opinion? Do people who get stamped multiple times seek advisory opinion each time? Thanks, I will really appreciate the help!
