Just received this email…I am beyond finished with Genesis and warn everyone to stay away from them.

I have to keep my GV60 parked outside to bake in the California sun because we do not have a garage. I’m wondering if anyone else had this happen to the facial recognition window. Of you experienced this as well and decided to get it repaired, was it covered by the warranty? It’s just cosmetic, but I annoyed me. Thanks for any words of wisdom, in advance.

2023 GV60…falling less and less out of love with it especially since getting service is a 2 hour drive now following the closure of the closest dealership.
