Metal/Rock album cover from my high school years, all I know is in description
I’m trying to find an album I listened to around 2009/2010 (my ninth grade high school era). It’s been driving me crazy for years!
Key details for y’all:
• The standout song I listened to was a long, epic heavy metal/rock instrumental track. So like 6–10+ minutes with builds, similar in length and structure to Avenged Sevenfold songs but heavier/rockier and no vocals that I can recall.
• The band was not hugely popular since it’s not coming up in my searches, so likely more underground/obscure.
• Album art: Rust/orange-brown/earthy color palette. A lone man crouching or kneeling among rows of something like headstones maybe? The headstones were pale and I keep remembering them looking almost like lightbulbs but my memory may be off.
• Timeframe: I heard the one song only, in 2009/2010, so likely a release from \~2008 maybe older.
What it’s NOT:
• Metallica – Master of Puppets (ruled out the iconic crosses cover)
• Hazy Hamlet – Forging Metal (AI insisted that it was this but the album art is wrong)
• Russian Circles, Pelican, or similar (I looked through their albums already it’s not them)
I greatly appreciate the help guys!
