This happened to me but I think i found a solution on how to fix it probably
Here is my solution
First open your bop It internals but DO NOT replace the batteries cause that did not work
Get a screw driver with the right screw driver properties for the 8 screws in the back of the bop it [including the battery back]
After you open your bop it your going to kinda mess or organize the inter things like the spring or button of the button kinda click it around the button
Inside or mess with the spring [DO NOT BREAK THE SPRING OR THE BUTTON OR INTERNALS!]
After you done that if it don’t work try again [if the problem persists you should probably get replacement parts or ect]. That is how you fix your bop it micro series!
