Should I be concerned

Back in March I was in NYC, after a good bit of walking around the city I was headed back on the subway when suddenly my vision started to fade away, my ears got very muffled, and i got a strong head rush and nausea. It got to the point where I couldn’t see a thing, from what my sisters told me I turned pale and my pupils were shrunk. This lasted about 3 minutes. The symptoms started to fade after I sat down and drank a bit of water. I hadn’t smoked over 48 hours when this happened. Something like this has never happened to me in my life.

Today, I went cave diving and walked about 7 miles. I was vaping nicotine and thc at this time. On the card ride home about 30 minutes after being outside, I hit my friends cart twice (which isn’t a lot for me) and within 5 minutes I was experiencing the same symptoms I did in NYC but worse. This time it felt like those same symptoms lasted for 10 maybe 15 minutes and I felt completely fucked up and slightly confused, broke out into sweats and slightly felt like I was going to throw up. After 10 minutes it felt like i regained consciousness but I still felt kind of out of it for a few hours after. I drank electrolytes and stayed away from vaping since. I’m very curious what the cause is.

Height: 6’0
Weight: 158
-Mildly active. Used to go the gym but no so much recently. Work in a job where I lift heavy things occasionally and am always on my feet. I’m outside walking around for usually 15 minutes a day.
- There’s many instances in between these 2 events where I’ve done lots of walking with no problem
-No health issues, taking no medication
-Vape thc nightly/ with friends on occasion
-Used a nicotine vape regularly for 3 weeks prior to most recent event
