What would happen if Valkyrie got her head chopped off?

I just woke up and the thought is bothering me because when she got blasted through the chest and she died (no heart beat, no brain activity) and then doesn't decompose and healed. Bur when she got vaporised she got a new body that magically appeared 5 weeks later.

So if her body was ot heal would it heal from the head or the rest of it?

Or would she just get a new body?

Or would the head and body just join together like darquesse did?
