Is there anyone applying for the Master's in Communications Engineering at the University of Siena who received the Summary PDF (final embassy approval) without having graduated yet or uploading the original graduation certificate?
I applied on Universitaly for the University of Cassino, and my application is currently Blocked because it's pending my graduation certificate, which won't be issued until early August.
Today, I received an official admission letter from the University of Siena, and I want to switch my application to it immediately because the timeline for Cassino is too tight.
My questions:
How can I cancel my blocked Cassino application to submit a new one for Siena?
If I wait for Cassino to respond, is there any risk that I might lose my seat or acceptance at Siena?
Any advice or steps on how to handle this would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Is the Fast Track option still suspended, or has it been brought back?
Does the Standard Service actually take the full 60 days, or does it process faster?
If anyone had their certificate issued in August and did the DOV at the embassy as an alternative, did you manage to finish your visa before the November 30th deadline?
