I’m 38, mom of three and my youngest just turned one. I used to body-build in college circa 2006. I’m now looking to get back to my dream of one day competing onstage in a figure competition. I’m no stranger to lifting but will certainly need a coach for competition prep. Appreciate any recommendations! 🙏

Note: I’m hoping not to be pigeon-holed in bikini although I know the categories have changed since the early aughts.
