Hello! My roommates and I have an apartment for sublease on Glenrock (5 mins walk from UCLA campus)

Available from June 12 - August 31 (move in dates somewhat flexible)

Either rooms can be a single or a double, and total rent is $3995/mo. ($998 if we manage to find a group of 4, otherwise our current split is $1515/$1240 for a group of 3, negotiable)

It's fully furnished (including a TV, 2 beds, 2 desks, and a futon), one free parking spot (others available for bid, likely ~$100), on-site laundry, two walk in closets, and included water utility
