Hi everyone, I was recently thinking about buying a home in Demouth Park. I like the Neighbourhood and I do like the Park but my agent recently told me that there might be a scent that might be in the neighborhood due to a water treatment plant nearby and at the park is treated with recycled water. I was wondering if anybody in that neighborhood has experienced that or anyone who is driven by it?
