I used to wear sunglasses and the last few years I’ve stopped. I mainly stopped because I broke my nose pretty badly in an unrelated incident and since having nose and sinus surgery to fix my very badly damaged nose I find every thing hurts or leaves an indent.

Since before becoming a mom, I was reading how sunlight is actually so important to your eyes and for your circadian rhythm, lots of benefits to go without sunglasses, etc.

Where has the crunchy community landed on this? I’m starting to miss the feel/look of sunglasses but not enough to deal with the physical discomfort of actually wearing them. I’ll stick to hats and visors for shade as I currently do.
