Advice on outdoor mobile food setup

Hey propane experts- I have a question, and I'm probably overthinking my setup, so wanted to get some feedback. I have to run a Weber 36 inch griddle (60,000 BTU total) at an outdoor cooking event. It's going to be pretty busy so I am expecting continuous use, but it won't be on full blast the entire time. Fire department wants my propane 10 feet from the griddle, preferably 15 feet. Would a standard 5/16ths line work for this distance, or should I consider sizing up? Are there any considerations I need to make for running low pressure propane across a distance like this to make sure the supply to the griddle is consistent and decent?
