Hi all,

Timeline:

25th April- k1 visa packet sent with UPS to Lewisville USCIS office. Used UPS Air 2nd day AM

27th April- USCIS received packet, and we got receipt signature verified by gov ID ( +21) through UPS

29th April- Petitioner credit card got charged and transaction was pending

30th April- 675$ fee was processed and more pending

30th April- Petitioner got email and text message from USCIS with receipt number starting by SRC (Texas) Saying that the petitioner will soon recive the i-797c notice of action through paper mail.

We are able to check the case status through the public page

But we are unable to add the case to our USCIS account

What's going on?

Hope someone can help
