What tax planning for physicians actually becomes relevant once you've handled the basics?
A few years into attending life now.
401k gets maxed. Backdoor Roth gets done. Emergency fund is in good shape. Student loans are mostly under control.
The problem is that every physician tax discussion seems to start and stop with those topics.
For docs earning good W2 income, plus maybe some moonlighting, what planning opportunities actually deserve attention?
