So I‘m likely moving back to Mumbai as a trial run after 20 years of living abroad.

Is it better to put all my 3bhk furniture in storage and rent out the home ? Im leaning towards that since my mortgage is really low and I don’t anticipate getting a rate that low if i ever decide to move back.

other option is just to sell.. which is ok if I never move back.. but no so ok otherwise.

anyone else rent their American homes out and manage them from India ? Did you regret any aspect of it ?
