



Yay my 2.5 year old is sleep trained and started daycare part time! With this boon in time, I'm going to try and get healthier and happier. I've not exercised at all since becoming a mum. I'm an older-ish mum too, 39 years old.
I've dusted off the ye olde treadmill and started C25K, using a chart and the watch on my phone. I just finished 2 workouts, and it felt SO GOOD. Honestly surprised myself.
I know that I don't need much to start running, but what are some nice-to-haves for C25K? I don't have any exercise-specific clothes. Do I need a sports bra if I am small chested? Do I really need special socks? I know i need shoes - I ordered Nike Vomero 18 on sale, waiting for it it arrive.
I feel like treating myself a little. Mother's Day is this weekend, and my husband asked me what I'd like.
