I’ve tried every browser I can think of, along with incognito in each of those browsers. I’ve tried clearing my cache, and logging in during “slow hours” but I’ve been stuck on a waiting room loop for almost two weeks, and haven’t even been able to get to the log in screen.

I know the website has been down for a few days, but I was having issues before the website went down. This has gotten so frustrating.

Has anyone else experienced this before, and how did you end up getting it to work?

I’m from the U.S. and my fiancé is from the Philippines. We are applying for a K1 visa.
