I’ve got a client that wants a 330 x 300mm SupaColour blocker transfer and a small cut vinyl transfer applied to an oilskin vest.
I’ve advised that
We’ll need to wipe the print areas with isopropyl alcohol before pressing, which may compromise the water resistance of the vest in those area
The oil in the fabric will probably mean that the transfers are unlikely to adhere well, and will probably peel sooner rather than later.
He wants to give it a crack anyway (no liability for us).
Does anyone have any tricks up their sleeve that might increase our chances of getting the transfers to stay put?
