Has anyone had their zoning board strong armed by Vertex Towers? They send an attorney in and threaten lawsuits against FTC compliance so small town zoning boards give in for these ugly looking towers.

Im looking into their business and permit practices and alternative technologies outside of their business plan. For example small cell DAS could be put on existing electric and phone poles.
