4am job time for dream company but lives in next state over!
Ok so I have moved onto a second interview for a really big television company and that interview is later on today! But, the job starts at 4am-12pm. I worked for this company before a few years ago and had no problem with the train bc I live in the next state over and I have a train that goes straight into the city or 1 transfer. I was really excited when I saw the position and I applied not thinking that I would get an interview.
The trains don’t run at all before 4am, which is the worst part. I would have to get up at maybe 2am and drive into the train station and then take the path that goes straight into the city! I would love to do this obviously whatever gets my foot back in the door. Yesterday marked 2 years of me being post grad and I feel like if I miss this opportunity, I won’t get another one.
My mother will obviously be worried about my safety and told me just to ask them if I could start at a little later time.
What should I tell the interviewer today?
