I just bought Zombicide: Undead or Alive and my first game was kind of weird. The spawns were brutal, and with the Faithful class we somehow managed to hold off the hordes for several rounds before ending the session.

The manual says it takes about 10 minutes, but it took us around 40! Maybe we used the class ability/token wrong? Not sure.

We were using the Faithful ability to basically stop zombies from advancing for multiple rounds, and now I’m wondering if we misunderstood it. Did we do something wrong? Do zombies reactivate and keep moving afterward? I understand that zombies from behind can still move forward and fill the space.

Even so, in our second game we played on a more open map and honestly had an amazing time.
