What are some of the best regulated throwers on the market currently that can maintain their brightness on high (not turbo) for a respectable period. 18650 or 21700 is fine.

I’ve seen a few older posts but wanted to see if there’s any new options. What would be similar to the MCH-HC in today’s market, but with a better driver. I currently own a variety of Hank and firefly’s but they are definitely more on the flood side compared to the MCH-HC
I don’t need it as “bombproof” as the CD, but would like something with a bit nicer finish than say Convoy
