PPL Help

I have been going to the gym (Planet Fitness) for just over two years, and have recently switched to Anytime Fitness.

I am 208LB (94.34kgs) 5’4” 32YO woman looking to become more muscular. So far I’ve lost roughly 80LBS (40.82kgs) but have gained some back in what I’m hoping is muscle.

I was using the trainer for a few months but find I’m getting quite bored week after week the same workouts. So I wanted to try to make my own routine.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
