Disabling CPU cores E&P

Hello, back again. This time its about disabling some cores, is it possible in the bios? and is it safe im planning on disabling 2 E cores and 1 to 2 P core/s. My thinking is that less cores means using less power, Additionally i dont think i would mind the lower performance since my gpu is not bottlenecked by the cpu and ive got quite the headroom.
Ones again the dude with the i5 12450h and 3050 60w

Bios Undervolting

Sup yalls, Ive been underclocking my cpu in the bios and i want to know yalls opinion, my current offset is -550 mV and ive not encountered any issues yet (BSOD and errors etc.) . Im underclocking because i felt that my cpu temps were too high around 90C on idle and about 95 to 100 under load.

Now is my undervolt too aggressive? idk and i want to know from yall, also the bios says the limit is -500 but idk seemed like i could go even more.
Laptops a Katana GF66 12UC btw i5 12450h for cpu

Edit: Ok upon further observasion it seems that the Undervolt does not apply all the way, looks like MSI has a system that overrides the undervolt so that the cpu can request its minimum voltage use or atleast meet its needs cuz the max voltage use is still 1.290V which was the voltage in lower Offsets

Edit: Additional info, people seem to think that i live in a cold area or in a cold environment so let me just state that one i dont have AC in my house or room, and two i live in a relatively hot place especially now that its summer. Ambient temps in my room should be about 35-40C maybe more, i do have fans that redirect hot air away from the laptop but still it does not help much.
