Hello All,

I have parked my car in Rue Caroly,Ixelles and it seems like some awesome guy damaged nearly 5 cars and their windows just by going on rampage on the same day.

I just have basic civil liability insurance and I don't have any cover for glass since its a very old car i just got for getting my driver's licence.

The police has found the guy and have a office PV report.

Now, who should pay for the damages? The information I found online are confusing.
