3 bedroom apartment w 3350 budget
My two roommates and I are looking for a 3-bedroom apartment in Chicago with a budget of up to $3,350/month and an August move-in date and for a 12 month lease.
We're primarily interested in Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Old Town, Roscoe Village, Wrigleyville, and nearby neighborhoods. We're hoping to stay in areas with reasonable access to our schools nearby.
Our ideal unit would have:
• At least 1.5 bathrooms
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Pet-friendly policies (required)
• Street parking is completely fine, but we'd need parking availability for 2 cars
• Updated appliances and a more modern feel (renovated kitchen/bathrooms preferred)
