Image 1 — been having a rough time with this jack shaft… what do i do? am i really gonna have to spend 200 on a new one just to have the same issue?

i was taking this off to put a spacer to put a 16 rear. but the eride lock tie made them too tight and they broke so now i have to order a new jack shaft?

i need help with this jack shaft bolt.

i stripped the hex head side so now my only option is too remove the 4 pin nut on the other side but u do not have the correct tool they are all sold out online. it is a 2024 eride pro ss 2.0 any tips?
