Blurry eye after using a viewfinder

This seems a little out there for this sub but this problem is troubling me quite a bit, whenever i close my left eye for a while to use the viewfinder afterwards i see blurry out of it. My left eye the one i close.

Does anyone else have this problem? Is it normal, the blurryness lasts for quite a while.

Before reading you should know i know next to nothing about cameras, so please dont publicly execute me.
Im looking for a compact camera that replaces my previous phone.

(1) Budget, country, and currency: My budget is around 150 to 200 dollars, that since i dont know a lot about cameras might just be imposible, im unsure.

(2) What equipment, if any, you have now and why is it no longer meeting your needs?
The reason for this unusual request is that i went from a Samsung S20 with a x3 optical zoom, to a Thinkphone, insane performance upgrade, a big Camera downgrade, i have an old compact Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-W570 16.1 MP, but the pictures have less quality than my Thinkphone and are way grainier, even in moderate light.

(3) What kinds of subjects do you intend to shoot?
Day to day trips, Cats i see on the street, group photos, landscapes, the kind of photo you would take with a phone.

(4) Is it primarily for photography, videography, or both?
Primaraly Photography, i rarely take videos

Thats it, i feel this might be a very uneducated question but i wasnt able to find what i was looking for so i decided to just ask.

Cheers!.
