Kupal ba kayo? I ordered a Coke Float, but apparently walang ice cream available. Gets ko naman yun. Ang hindi ko gets is bakit niyo dineliver agad yung order without waiting for my confirmation or even properly replying to my concern.

A medium Coke is not the same as a Coke Float. I know some people will say, “₱41 lang naman yan, dami mong hanash,” but that’s not the point. I paid for a specific item, so I expected either the correct item, a fair replacement, or at least a proper response before pushing through with the delivery.

I even offered alternatives. Sabi ko kahit coffee or anything na mas close sa binayad ko, para fair naman. Pero ang pinadala niyo pa rin is medium Coke, as if okay na yun.

Yes, I know may refund option. But what the heck? Hindi man lang kayo nag-reply sa chat. Wala man lang proper customer service. Kaya walang unlad Pilipinas dahil sa mga ganitong service, yung customer na nga nag-adjust, tapos kayo pa walang maayos na response. Sobrang nyo namang ninormalized na yung bare minimum service.
