I need liquor liability insurance for my bar and restaurant on top of general liability
Just got our full liquor licence approved so we are going from beer and wine to a proper cocktail bar and I just realized our general liability basically excludes alcohol claims entirely. Trying to work out how liquor liability and GL are supposed to fit together (two separate policies or bundled) and what limit actually makes sense once you're doing real Friday night volume. How did the rest of you structure it without doubling up or leaving a gap?
