My child is 15 and only likes to read contemporary novels (realistic fiction) like Perks of being a wallflower, Annie on my mind, When Jeff came home, or That was then and this is now. Summer is starting soon and I don't want them losing their new found interest in reading but I have bought every good book I could think of that meets this criteria already. Is there any read worthy YA books similar to Perks of being a wallflower?
