how do you manage your workouts during summer?
Do you make any changes in your sets/reps? Do you still lift heavy or switch to moderate weights? And what changes do you make in your diet?
In my area, the heat is really intense, so now I go to the gym only 4–5 days a week around 7 PM in the evening, and occasionally do running 1 day a week.
Recently I made a few changes:
- I carry a water bottle with electrolytes/ORS because I sweat a lot
- I stopped going too heavy and now mostly train in a moderate rep/intensity range
- I eat 8 whole eggs daily
