So recently I was pulled over for the 2nd time and have tested positive for cannabis. Having done some research the amount of people that are loosing there licence coz they either didn't no the law or because they had cannabis in system from days b4.

Apart from acid cannabis is the next worst drug on there list you can actually drive with

5x cocaine

25x Benzoylecgonine

10x ketamine

5x mdma

2.5 x heroin

Than you can cannabis to me they had no clue were to even start with cannabis so they put literally 0 amount. Remember cannabis is a class b drug no class a like majority above.

Medical users are suffering aswel so 2015 the drug drive law came into place but in 2018 medical cannabis was made legal to which the government had no changed the law around this ye you can go to court and fight the medical defence but doesn't always work. How can you prescribe a patient medication then not allow them to drive because they would never no when they are below 2mg.

If feels so corrupted no defence at all the lowest amount allowed in system feels like they have gone straight for recreational users easy target.

Drug science did a report and said they recommend 5mg even that is still low.

The whole point was about impaired drives getting caught 3 days later because it's in your system isn't impaired.
