I think armies should be made more local for everyone except tribal/nomadic goverment

What do i mean by this ? For example we already station man at arms , so when we raise them we raise them in selected provinces . And need to move them where we want

What about levies ? they should also be somewhat tied geographitlcy(mabye to kingom tiers ?) And we can only raise them in their regions (also with flag but the flag cant cross to other region)

Why would i want this wierd idea ?

It is to stop teleporting of 40 000 man from west of balkans to Armenia for war .

It would also feel historicly accurate that if places were far away in empire they might have been neglected .
