Exactly one week zero carbs. Lift with trainer on Fridays. Down from 210lb before Mardi Gras

I was hovering about 210lb before Mardi Gras, then I did one meal a day during Lent and dropped down to about hovering at 180lb

I took a couple of weeks to reset after Easter and just eat whatever i felt like and re-feed but am on another cut going pretty strict zero carbs exactly one week today with pretty large calorie deficits daily (had about 1000 calories yesterday for example). To maintain what muscle I have i get 180g of protein daily relying heavily on isopure brand zero carb whey protein powder. To get micronutrients I use multivitamins and cook down kale into bacon fat and try otherwise to get leafy greens and eat lots of eggs and occasionally fish. I use AI maniacally tracking every single bite every single day for pretty rigid data.

I was planning on aiming for 165lb at which i estimate i would be 15% body fat and then bulk up again from that base.
