Nature stroll
All I can say is you guys were right about going outside and spending time in nature. I deal with constant anxiety, shaking, chest tightness, and feeling unreal most of the time, and I can honestly say this nature walk really helped me feel more grounded. I can’t speak for everyone else, but it definitely eased that “unreal” feeling and helped me feel more like myself again. It’s not completely gone, but I can definitely notice a difference.
