We saw baby yesterday at 7w3d (everything looked good and normal!), and now my next scan isn’t until 11w5d. How do you guys handle the wait?? I’m a FTM, but I have had two chemicals previously, so I’m extra anxious about the long wait.
Please send advice on how to get through the wait without spiraling?
