Looking for a Polin fic pls

I'm currently on a nostalgia trip and rereading some of my favorite Polin fics, but there's one story I can't seem to find on ao3. Unfortunately, I never bookmarked it.
From what I remember, it was an incomplete Regency-era Omegaverse fic. Penelope was taking suppressants to hide the fact that she was an omega, making others believe she was a beta. Colin and Marina were married, but Marina was having an affair and an absent mother, portrayed as the antagonist in this story.
I remember that the synopsis of the fic was on the night Penelope was supposed to deliver an article to the printers that would expose Marina's pregnancy. Somehow, Marina prevented the article from being published by meddling with pen's carriage/hack. Some time later, pen ended up at Colin's home, possibly as a governess, nanny, or caretaker for the twins (I'm a bit fuzzy on that detail).
I've spent days searching for this fic with no luck. Does anyone happen to know the title or author? I'm really hoping it wasn't deleted.
