Hey everyone!

I'm going to graduate from dental school in 2027. For those of you working in FQHCs - Did you use specific job boards, networking, school connections, or just apply directly through clinic websites? Any resources you’d recommend would be super helpful.

DSOs are out there promoting and sending in recruiters to schools which makes it a very clear pathway into DSOs with information + direct access, but I’m really curious about the FQHC route.

Also, what was your experience like during the job search and interview process?

And when it came time to sign a contract, what were your non-negotiables? Would love to hear your journey and any advice you wish you had known earlier!
