Is minoring in ME a good way to learn about Turbines and Energy Generation?
I am a Electrical Engineer. I like the subjects in EE, but also I wanted to study and learn about Turbine Engines, Thermodynamics, and Fluid Mechanics in detail. I can see how it would relate with Power Systems in EE. I find Energy really fascinating.
I think the dilemma of choosing between EE and ME never went away even though I am halfway through my EE program right now.
Will the minor make me stand out in the job market? I feel like I am doing the minor out of my own interest.
