I filed a report on my ex boyfriend for harrassment about 3 months ago cause he was constantly calling me, going on my live streams and commenting absurd things about me & doxxing me & cause he would drop stuff off at my house and I was already over it, drained & scared. He is on probation currently & I found out through a mutual aquaintance that he's still free! Nothing has happened to him, no officers or detectives have reached out to me or him & he's still on probation! What should I do & does this mean they don't care?

How do detectives find the phone numbers of the accused person on a police report? If the phone number is outdated do they just not call them or do they have like a data base that they use or do they show up to their house? I always wondered this. Sorry for taking up yalls time and thanks for the time given
