Skull knight cosplay x2

Last year we got an idea of making a skull knight cosplay to suprise our friend who made berserk armour for himself year before. So I bought a 3d file for whole cosplay and got to it, I had to completely rework whole chestplate part for myself due to my body size (skull knight with black cape and Behelit sword) compared to the other one (red cape Sword of thorns).
Both armours are made on my 3D printers using basic PLA (Elegoo, Creality, Langu), sanded down filled with modeling paste, primed and finaly painted. Red one is using airbrush mostly, with Black one I tried to make it look more like from one of fan arts that i saw while back showing more contrast and giving more of skeleton rather than armour feel. I don´t know hours exactly but i started in september and finished everything just week before fest in May so I say about 4 months for each one. Total cost of materials is around 350€ for Red one and 400€ for Black.
I also had to remodel or cut lot of things to make our lives more comfortable, bunch of things I would do completely different (well i reworked hands like 3 times...). It was great experience making full armour from scratch, and I will definitely try to pass this experience to my next projects and to my cosplayer friends.
I still need to look up how much damage both recieved after just one day of being there, but both were great succes and we even got into Animefest official video and few of professional photographs!
