Hi! My two roommates and I are looking for a three bedroom in Lincoln park for a September 1 move in. Our budget is approximately 3,600/month. I was wondering if anyone knew of any private landlords or knew anyone moving out soon. Just looking for any recommendations also regarding leasing agent company.
Also, we are open to other neighborhoods, the preference is just Lincoln park to keep the commute into downtown under 35 minutes. But we are open to other neighborhoods like Lakeview, Bucktown, etc.
Additional details: looking for available parking spots, a laundry (either in unit or in building) and a preference for two baths (but from what I’ve heard that’s hard to come by)
