QTC C&P examiner had me fill out questionnaire prior to exam. Exam lasted 5min. Should I report it?

I’ve been to many contracted c&p exams over the years but this one seemed off. It was a house converted into a medical office in a rough part of town. The office staff gave me 6 sheets of paper from back with DBQ similarly worded questions but not exact for each of the 5 conditions I was being seen for. I had to hand write the answers to each question (not the best handwriting) and some of the information I couldn’t recall like injury dates and medications. I was rushed to complete the questionnaire, shuffled into the clinic room and the doctor spent about 5min with me mostly focusing on a medication I couldn’t recall the name of. He seemed frustrated when I asked him if he had looked at any of the STR or private medical information I had provided to the VA. He then sent me on my way stating he would have a medical opinion in 2 weeks. It’s been 2 weeks and no DBQs have been uploaded. QTC said their team was having difficulty with communication with the examiners office.
My VSO said report it, DAV said wait to see what my rating is and then fight it. Has anyone had an experience like this? Mostly concerned about the questions I was rushed to fill out.
