Concern Regarding Repeated Defined CoS Rejections and Delayed Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship Process
My company has applied for a Defined CoS three times, but each application has been rejected. When I asked them for an update, they informed me that their latest application was also rejected and that they were in the process of applying for a Defined CoS again. However, they mentioned that it may take some time because they need to gather all the information requested by UKVI.
After waiting for two weeks, I followed up again, and they responded saying that they still do not have an update and that they have not yet submitted a new application to UKVI. They explained that they are currently collating all the information they believe UKVI will ask for, but this is taking longer than expected. They also said that this needs to be done carefully because UKVI gives a strict time limit to provide evidence once requested.
Overall, this process has now been going on for around two months, and I am still waiting. I have also heard from an internal source that they may be changing the company or sponsorship structure again. I am not sure whether this will work or improve the chances of getting a Defined CoS approved. Based on this situation, what do you think are the realistic chances of approval, and what should I do next?
