Concrete Foundation 1912 Brick- Should this be repainted?
The concrete top blocks at the top of the foundation between the ground and the brick was been painted red in some places (but not others??).
It's not looking so posh anymore- what's the right thing to do? Should I wire brush it and leave it? Paint it all? Repaint only previously painted areas? I've been told "old houses need to breathe" but I don't know if that applies to this...
Midwest US. Thanks for any advice or resources!
