logic is the mother of invention
I'm too broke to afford new pants so did the next logical thing and hand sewn a piece of an inner tube to a bike for the inner thigh. Tell me about your most logical repair!

i've had it with you people. just stop. don't we have enough already. isn't there enough. you don't even have the requisite taste level to. your business plan is a gofundme. and we have all the stuff. what else could we possibly need. just stop. doing. right. now.
if you make an advent i will come to your house and kill you.
like, first the poor guy blorbo meowmeow cinnamon roll gets run off tumblr, and THEN a bunch of evil knitters harass him by saying that the video he made about silly women not even realizing that knitting is science is a tad misogynist, and NOW at least two people have made call-out videos about him using ai to do research for his totally not-for-profit youtube channel. i just think this is a bit much for such a sweet silly little dude being silly online? like, he's just SUCH a cinnamon roll. with a soft tummy and serious feminist cred (he said he identifies an intersectional feminist once). why are people being so meanies to my little meow? what in the heck is this 😭😭
i want to do some minor fit adjustments to a jacket i have, however, i have these restrictions:
- i have never touched a needle before in my life and i'm not going to start now
- i am not willing to make any new seams in the jacket
- i am not willing to open or alter any of the existing seams in the jacket
- taking it to a professional is not an option
can you give me some tips for how to alter it working within these constraints? pic for information purposes.

i recently assembled my gf's juki sewing machine based on some youtube videos and have a few leftover parts that came with it. i have a couple of leftover parts of the sewing machine and want to check if any of them are critical before she starts sewing with it.
